Delete your account

You can delete your account data from our server at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your phone number, and your trial and subscription status.
• Your invite code and invite data.
• Your subscription requests and transfer screenshots.

How to ask for deletion

1. Email support@estateoseg.com with the subject “Delete account”.
2. Include the phone number you confirmed in the app.
3. We’ll check the number is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and reply to you when it’s done.

If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled along with the account.

Your client data

Client names, numbers and your notes are on your own phone, not on our server. They are deleted when you uninstall the app, or from your phone’s Settings → Apps → FollowUp One → Storage → Clear data.
