The service

FollowUp One reminds you of the times of your client calls and viewings. Reminders depend on your phone’s settings and battery, so run the “Reminder check” in the app at least once to make sure they arrive on time.

Trial and subscription

• The first 14 days are free from when you confirm your number, or 44 days if you enter an invite code from a colleague.
• The subscription is EGP 199 a year, paid by transfer from any wallet or InstaPay, and it is activated once your transfer screenshot has been checked.
• A paid year starts after the last day of your trial or current subscription.
• When your subscription ends, reminders stop and your data stays on your phone.
• Your account and subscription are tied to your confirmed phone number, and are for one person.

Invites

When a colleague installs the app, enters your code and adds 3 clients, you get 3 months free, up to 12 months a year. Fake invites, or repeated invites of the same person, don’t count.

Your data

Your client data is yours, and it lives on your phone. Make a backup from the app every so often, because uninstalling the app or losing your phone erases it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Use

The app is for your work with your clients. Don’t use it to harass anyone or to send messages nobody asked for.

Liability

We do everything we can to make reminders work on time, but we can’t guarantee there will never be a fault in your phone or in the service, and we are not responsible for a deal affected by a reminder that didn’t arrive.
